Job Description: 1.
Responsible for monthly financial analysis, costing variance & trend analysis and financial management report preparation.
2.
Work closely within Finance and cross finance functions to ensure accurate and timely communications of financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
3.
Prepare weekly cash flow forecast and funds management, 4.
Act as a team player and key coordinator for keeping track of HNTE project bookkeeping.
5.
Ensure the monthly flash report and quarterly reporting package entered in HFM on time.
6.
Manage the overall financial work of Rudong plant under the leadership and guidance from Finance director, regular travel to work in Rudong is required.
7.
Coach and develop the team in accounting and Controlling.
8.
Others ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications 1.
At least 5 years relevant working experience in accounting and controlling area at a multinational manufacturing company.
2.
Bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting, financial management or related discipline 3.
Proactive, have sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, Good team spirit 4.
Experience in foreign financial software , A/X is preferred.
5.
Experience in IFRS reporting, HFM knowledge is preferred.
6.
Good Communication skills in both written and spoken English.
